San Martin Homes is a business comprised of different people. It started off with the founder, Atty. Bartolome San Martin Sr. He was the first to establish and build infrastructure (houses) in a nearby location, then his two sons followed suit. A small residential area was then built from a bare plot of land. Currently, the location of this subdivision is at another plot of land within the same area, now officially labeled as “San Martin Homes”. The business has also expanded to other members of the family who markets to customers and manages the construction.
